Walk the aisles, count parts, hand each stock owner an Excel workbook, and know who is holding which tool. Parts are tracked by manufacturer part number and location, with min/max levels that drive a reorder report.

- Emergency copy: Settings > Data can name a folder OneDrive syncs to SharePoint, a share or a USB stick, and every backup is copied there too
- The status bar now shows when the last backup and the last off-site copy were made, and reminds you weekly until a folder is chosen
- An upgrade never runs without its safety copy, and a file made by a newer Tally is refused rather than opened
- The backup time and the update link in the status bar were invisible before; they show now

Updating
Tally checks https://bachmansoftware.com/updates/tally/latest.json when it starts and offers a newer
version when there is one. Nothing is installed without asking, and the download is
verified against the SHA-256 shown above before it runs.
