When the process is specific, the software should be too. I learn how the job is actually done — on the floor and in the spreadsheets — and build a focused application in your terms, tested against your real data.
A native Windows application, not a web page in disguise. It opens instantly, works without a connection, and keeps your data on your own machines.
No subscription and no lock-in. You get an installer, your data stays in a format you can read, and the program keeps running whether or not we ever speak again.

We talk through how the job is done today, what breaks, and what a good day looks like. If custom software isn't the right fit, I'll say so.
A focused application shaped to your workflow, shown to you as it takes form, and tested against your real data before it ships.
Installed and set up with your data brought across safely. The program checks its own update feed, verifies every download, and keeps evolving as the work does.
Start to finish, no hand-offs
No subscription, yours to keep

A warehouse needed to count parts across several stock owners and keep track of who was holding which tool. Off-the-shelf inventory apps didn't fit the way they worked — so we built the one that did.
Q: What kind of software do you build?
Custom desktop applications for Windows: line-of-business tools, inventory and operations systems, Excel and reporting automation, and internal tools that replace a fragile spreadsheet or a process only one person understands. If your need is better served by something off the shelf, I'll tell you that too.
Q: Who owns the software and the data?
You do. You receive an installer, your data lives on your own machines in a format you can read, and there is no subscription or licence server that can switch it off. It keeps running whether or not we ever work together again.
Q: Does it need an internet connection?
No. Everything runs locally and works offline. The only time a program goes online is to check its own update feed when it starts, and even then nothing is installed without asking you first.
Q: How do updates work?
Each program checks a small update manifest on this site when it starts and offers a newer version when there is one. The download is verified against the published SHA-256 hash before it runs, so an update can never be swapped for something else in transit.
Q: How is a project priced, and how long does it take?
Every project is quoted up front after we've talked through the work, so there are no surprises. Small tools take a few weeks; a full line-of-business application takes longer. You see it take shape along the way rather than waiting for a big reveal.
